“This hotel is a wonderful oasis in the middle of Matera. Beautiful views of the countryside. Amazing staff from Reception to the Bar Staff. Katherine (sorry about the spelling) but she was on breakfast and the bar as well was simply amazing. We ordered 2 drinks one night and a Sommelier wheeled out a trolley with 2 glasses a bottle of red and a bottle of Prosecco. He gave us a taste of each and pour our glasses.
