“I stayed in this hotel 5 years ago, it was very nice and clean, that’s the reason I choose this hotel again. But this time my stay were not good, firstly the room is not clean, especially the bed. Secondly the smell of the room is bad, the sofa is stinking. Thirdly, the stuff are not nice and polite. Fourthly, the bathroom hot water is not stable, when you take shower, the water sometimes very hot and suddenly become very cold. I don’t think I’ll choose this hotel again. ”

“带着对普通五星的期待去，结果也并没有达到……设施陈旧，连洗脸盆的下水都感觉要堵住了，安排的两楼，拉开窗帘看到的是前面平台的施工景象，房间有一股烟味，打开窗又被装修的声音吵到不行唯一的优点是位置比较方便，可以步行去哈桑二世清真寺和ctm车站”

“This was a very nice apartment, albeit small, so I would recommend to singles or couples. We had a balcony with a table and chairs off the bedroom which was very nice. The updated unit was very clean and had all expected amenities. We were greeted upon arrival by a very nice man who was very helpful.”

“Det var väldigt bra överlag. Frukosten är mycket varierad och god. Finns även a la carte som ingår i frukosten. Servicedesk personal är mycket artiga, vänliga och hjälpsamma. De har verkligen lyckats med att hitta människor med världsklass kundbemötande. Här pratas det flera språk och alla vill gärna hjälpa till och guida gästen genom ett fantastiskt upplevelse. Betydligt bättre service än Radisson hotellen i Sverige ”

“I stayed for one night only. Experienced THREE times staffs opened our door without knocking. I think it is basic for hotel staff to know which rooms are occupied and should not accessed. Such mistake is unacceptable. Be fair, the location is good, walking distance to restaurants and supermarket. Room is clean. ”

“L'emplacement est un très bon point pour l'appart hôtel. Cependant le ménage est à revoir. Sur un séjour de 5 jours et après multiples demandes, le ménage n'a pas été fait et les draps n'ont pas été changé. L'eau stagnante pendant la douche un bon quart heure est désagréable. Il faut attendre entre chaque douche. ”
