“This was an awesome let get away for the family. Beautiful little cottage and gorgeous grounds. Our little dog loved visiting the chickens. I was it didn’t rain so much during our time there. I would stay here again. Thank you!”

“We really enjoyed the location of the carriage loft! It was close to town and stores but felt serene and private. The loft itself was well appointed and clean. There were some repairs that could be made, but nothing that impacted our stay or would prevent us from returning- for sure! All provisions for a full kitchen were included and the linens/towels were plenty and nice. My only real complaint is that the hot tub was not heated, one of the main reasons that I wanted to stay there. On the……

“The TV's did not work and we were very disappointed. The resort had wonderful views of river and we just needed a TV that worked.”

“A historic hotel, excellent proximity to walkable restaurants and shops. I enjoy the two separate bedrooms for my family. I would have been happier with a less-saggy mattress (bed comfort weighs heavily in my ratings). Bathroom and linens were clean. Shower squealed during use. This is an excellent and affordable waypoint between Tahoe and the SF Bay.”
