No Hair Dryer or Hot Water The room did not have a hair dryer, and there was no hot water available throughout our stay, which made it very inconvenient. 2. “I was here for my birthday celebration. It was not the experience I was expected. We get a complaint letter from the hotel because I was calling my family on the balcony at 10:00 pm with regular voice. “We enjoyed our stay at Old Crow. Our room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. Our view was incredible, we could see the ocean in the distance.
