“Great hotel and a nice room. I little noisy from the pool pumps and they were having problems with the internet during our stay.”

“Be careful when booking this hotel through Expedia and prepaying. When you check in make sure they do not charge you again for the hotel. I prepaid through Expedia and then was charged by the hotel again when I checked out. I didn’t know this until I got home. When I contacted customer service for the refund it took 30 days for them to start the refund process (I had to contacted them a few times and filed a dispute with my credit card before they finally asked for documentation).
