“We stayed for four nights and had a very enjoyable time. We swam every day in the pool, which was very clean and we enjoyed dinner in the restaurant and a beautifully prepared breakfast every day. The staff were all fluent in English and were very helpful. The rooms are small but comfortable and we had everything we needed. “The only option available for us was a family style room. It was spacious in that there were two queen beds and a sitting area. Our patio was completely secluded due to the trees in front. The property itself is so beautifully landscaped. Your stress will melt away! The staff is friendly and accomodating. I asked for an iron and one was delivered promptly, though they weren't sure if there were any. It was away from the town area and anything you do away from there will cost a grip to get to.……

It hurt to shower because the pressure was so strong. The windows are bolted shut so it feels like you are a bit of a prisoner. Not the safest area.. I’m not sure why there are so many good reviews about playa Hermosa. I would recommend Taramindo and Flamingo ”
