“I liked the fact that it is located in a pedestrian shopping area with lots of people and restaurants around, so I felt completely safe walking around by myself. It's nice that they have tea and coffee and cookies available on the top floor. In the morning, there was a bag on my doorknob containing water and croissants. I would highly recommend this hotel.”

“Convenient, walking distance to the palace and shopping malls. Next to the Gran Via station. The hotel room is comfortable and the balcony is so nice to see the beautiful scene. So relax living there. ”

“가격대는 좀 비쌌지만 솔광장, 마요르광장,시장, 아토차역 등 관광지가 전부 도보권이예요 위치는 강추합니다 그런데 청소상태가 아주 깨끗하지는 않았어요 곳곳에 머리카락 발견, 개미도 한마리 보았구요 특히 맞은편이 클럽이라 수요일부터 금요일까지는 잠을 좀 설쳤습니다. 청소한다고 노크 후 바로 문을 벌컥 열고 들어와 놀라기도 했어요. 하지만 물,커피,티슈.타월 등 청소시 요청하면 바로 보충해주었고 룸클리닝은 매일 이루어졌으며 청소는 아주 완벽하진 않지만 깨끗하게 정돈 해주었습니다. 특히 세탁기 있는게 정말 좋았어요 사용법은 챗지피티한테 물어보세요 그래도 특별한 문제없이 5일 숙박했습니다. 위치 때문에 일단 추천합니다”

“I stay here for three nights. The first thing is they told me that they need to down grade my booking due to my booked room has some problem. They compensated me with free breakfast and airport transportation- it's good. The door man is also very kind and helpful. But, the reception is not that friendly and not proactively responsed my request. I asked them to give me an adaptor and they didn't inform me if they didn't have any available. Regarding the room, the decoration is chic but some……

“The location is convenience and near the city centre but not in the main street, may not be suitable for female tourist alone. The hotel is modern and clean! the bed mattress is a bit soft to me. The room and the toilet is spacious and clean. The service is normal not really passionate. The Lobby allows group gathering”

“The air conditioner broke down, and it was hot during the night we stayed. We had to call the hotel staff at 12 midnight to fix it. But the condition was not improved. ”
