“The entire staff of Hotel Reisner was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to help us. Selim,at the front desk, and Mona, who cleaned our room, were extraordinary. During his break, Selim directed us to the nearest metro station, and Mona showed us how to adjust our air-conditioning and then checked back with us 15 minutes later to ensure we were comfortable. A very pleasant stay indeed!”

“I travel a lot and had to get this on short notice -I was there in 15 minutes and all was really excellent, maybe the best over all I've had for value and ease. The bed was good, in the WC they actually had a night light:) Chablis - the real thing was 6 euros! in the lounge.”

Très cher (21€ de base) , 15 minutes d'attente pour du bacon a peine cuit, les œufs brouillés séchés, les pains au chocolats très secs également, plus de jus d'orange pressé remplacé par du jus d'orange médiocre. ”

“My overall stay was excellent. For the location of the hotel it was perfect for my staff. Staff were excellent all in all except during my late night check in, it wasnt a very welcoming and I had to wait after the check in process started because one of the staff who apparently was under training (which would have helped if they told me) left me to go help someone else. They were very polite I must say. A tip would be to let the customers know they are under training in order to help them as……

“Very good location, have lots of delicious restaurant nearby. You don’t need to worry abt the room key since they will keep it when u go out. And the main door will lock in mid night, so u don’t need to worry abt the security. Same as previous comment, the room is quite small and you will hear your neighbour walking, talking since the wall is thin. The only thing I dislike is their hair dryer. The hair dryer need to keep pressing the button, which make me feel so annoying everyday. And the wire……
