“This was absolutely the best family vacation we have had! Tracey and Neal were fantastic in meeting all our needs in a casual friendly manner. We had children and grandchildren coming from different countries, total of 11. “Regrettably, we had to leave swiftly after the internal security door to our apartment failed and we had an intruder enter our apartment whilst we were in it!! This was very distressing and concerning being a family with a small child.
