“Check in was good as we arrived early bu. Felt pushed into booking breakfast at £15 extra per person per day. I declined. My husband asked for a walk in shower which was available. Room was ok. Mattress was extremely annoying. When husband turned over I felt like i was on a trampoline. Bathroom floor tile grouting didnt look clean. Shower flooded the whole bathroom. Not sloped enough.”

“The guesthouse was very clean and loved the location. Very close to the barbican but very quiet. The breakfast was delicious and cooked to perfection. ”

“They are helpful. The location is near the centre, just 5-10 mins walk through the Plymouth University. Single bed size is 2.5 feet only.”

“It’s the car parking that closes at 11pm - you have to pay for the car parking. There isn’t any sign anywhere to direct you to where you have to park. That is the only reason I won’t be going back - everything else was amazing. ”
