“My overall experience at the D Andrea Lagoon was very positive. The customer service was amazing and the premises were great. The only down side of the overall stay would be the area around the hotel. This hotel would be for people that are looking to relax, without doing much. “We stayed for one night, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. However, we were disappointed with the sea view from our room. The balcony wall was too high and made of concrete, obstructing the view significantly. The sea view was also partial and quite distant, which did not meet our expectations. “Wow what an amazing place to stay lovely view of the coast and access to the beach. We stayed here with our family with 2 young children lots for them and us to do! The food was excellent with so many choices and changes every day. The staff are excellent made you feel really welcome and helped us out with the pram. I would say maybe just have some ramps for prams to rooms but we didn’t mind lifting it up the few steps we had to. All in all this was an amazing stay and we will definitely be……

“Hatten ein Familienzimmer zu zweit bekommen...dafür reicht es gerade, da das zweite Zimmer nicht klimatisiert ist und es sich somit nur in einem Raum aushalten lässt. Zimmerservice gibt es leider nicht jeden Tag und auch an Pooltücher sollte man selbst denken (stehen nicht zur Verfügung). Die Klobürste in unserem Bad war widerlich. Dies gehört kontrolliert und sofort ausgetauscht.”
