It really is the first floor of a very cute two family house Very spacious for my husband and I, nicely appointed, immaculately clean, nice touches like snacks and kitchen supplies, use of bikes, beach chairs and beach cart, beach tags. “This first thing was completely on us and not at all on the host - we missed that there are no linens or towels included with the property rental. So our first night we ran out to get some sheets and towels. It is listed in the description of the property that linens and towels are not included. The laundry on site is easy to access. Everything on the property was exactly as described. We had such a nice stay. The host was quick to respond when we had questions. We would come back to this……

Pool was closed for the season but the surf at 44th Street was refreshing and not to cold for October. Golf Course fun as usual my main draw to the island. We were right off the elevator and heard no noise from it during the stay so it's ok to get the room by the elevator everyone.
