“james very friendly, check in was very fast and clear, and provided breakfast ,room was very clean and bed very comfortable, bathroom looked new and like have been refurbished, room furnished with the ingenuity of the owner, it’s great location to stay ,few minutes walk to near the sea , highly recommend staying here. and very quiet at night!”
“Communication was great. Apartment easy to find from directions & entry was simple once i got my head around the key codes. Apartment was clean & well appointed. Little bit of wear & tear but nothing to detract from the comfort & location. Have already booked up for my next stay in one of their other apartments in the same block.”
“Property and location was first class. However as no layout of the property was included it could have been a problem with the toilet being down a steep staircase for a couple with mobility issues. I think the layout should be included. As at the time of our visit I had a knee problem and would have booked a ground floor apartment if I had known the layout of the apartment I had booked ”
“Overall experience is nice. We stayed in room 5 for 3 nights. It would be feel better if the walls refurbish, replace the old boiler and unusable cooking pan and pot. Also, the
exhaust fan In the bathroom should be clean regularly.
All the staffs are very nice and helpful.”
“This B&B hotel was beyond our expectation, really nice and warm feeling staying there. Only 10 min driving to Plymouth downtown, quite and comfortable. Nice and traditional building with good experience. Good breakfast and condition that we really enjoy staying there for 2 nights. If you want to experience traditional English style pub and food as well as feeling, Don't miss it.”
