“Hotel was amazing, staff were welcoming and helpful. Lift was out of order during our stay and as an above knee amputee with two broken arms it was difficult but staff were very helpful with assisting me to use stair lift. Especially Tom and an American man who had started work at the hotel on our first day. Food was amazing as was service from restaurant staff.”

“Ideal Rocks. This place is a proper hidden gem. On the waterfront and with fantastic dining options it was the perfect place to spend a pre Christmas getaway and mooch around the classy little town of St Mawes, which always seems to be bustling without being overcrowded even at peak times of the year. “Relaxing two night break including breakfast and room service. Quality of food was excellent. Service was also excellent. The room was a very good size with a bath and separate toilet. The hotel is dog friendly and there is a great walk through the gardens, golf course and onwards to the South West coast path. ”
