“River crest is a lovely comfortable well equipped cottage with everything we needed for our weeks stay. It was clean and has a good shower. The bed was cosy and comfortable. The best thing is the view across looe and out to sea. Looe is a very nice place to stay with good shops and pubs. It is handy for a number of national trust properties. Lanhydrock and Antony are worth visiting. Polperro Fowey and Seaton are nearby and worth a visit. There are steps down to the cottage which need care but we……

“Beautiful location. Modern interior with usb plug sockets and everything needed to hand. Jonathan is a great communicator and is a local so can respond quickly if needed. ”

“Thanks to Debbie and Chris for a fab stay at their cottage. Check-in was easy. The cottage and location excellent for Fowey high street and all the shops and restaurants. The kitchen, had everything we needed and was well thought through! Lots of helpful info on what to do in the area too. Our kids loved the crabbing off the slip way in front of the house! View of the water excellent and fun watching the ferry go to and fro as well as all the yatchs and boats. We had a lovely stay!”

“My son and I stayed at the cottage as we waited for our new home to become available, and it served as our first step in our new life in the area. It provided much-needed comfort and cosiness in a transitional period of our lives, as we explored the area and my son began his time in a new school. The owner was very responsive to questions. It definitely has a lived-in vibe: the owner lives there when not away, and it gives the property a very particular character!”

“Pebble cottage was spotless and very well equipped and in beautiful grounds. Good communication with the Host. Allocated parking for one car but further away from the house you can park another car if needed. The welcome tray was rather sparse, although everything you need in the kitchen was provided except washing up liquid and tea cloth but a dishwasher was available. I would be happy to recommend Pebble Cottage. The garden is not enclosed. ”

“Lovely little self contained annexe had everything you could want. Peaceful location.”

“The hosts were very helpful and pleasant. The accommodation was well equipped, clean a nd comfortable. Comfortable beds. The added extras were great, fruit basket, prosecco, biscuits and haribos as well as tea, coffee and milk. Very satisfied”

“Lovely cottage in a perfect location - just a few minutes walk to the harbour.The cottage is spacious, clean, comfortable and has everything we needed. Mousehole is delightful & within easy reach of spectacular beaches, the South West Coastal path and lots of ancient sites. Communication with the host was easy and a response to any of our queries was immediate.Our second visit to this property so what better recommendation! ”

“Louise and Matt made us very welcome and the cottage had everything we needed including all kitchen essentials.The garden is very relaxing and we were glad to be able to find lots of cool shady areas in the very hot weather that we had during our stay.Quite nicely situated for visiting the Lizard area and not too far to drive to get to the Penzance and Cape Cornwall areas. Recommended for garden lovers.”

“Elaine's cottage is in a perfectly quiet location for exploring Truro and its surroundings. We hiked to St. Clement and back on a forest path, and also walked to Truro along the water. Elaine is highly responsive to questions and welcomes us with muffins and milk in the fridge. The beds are super-comfortable!”

“In a fantastic location with parking and easy walk to the harbour or the seafront. I found the cottage really cosy, which was lovely when putting your feet up after a day of walking. Would highly recommend this property for a stay in Porthleven.”
