“Had a wonderful stay in this cozy daylight basement apartment with private entrance on a quiet residential street on the west side of Lake Union. Perfect for those looking for a central location without feeling like you’re in the middle of bustling downtown. There’s a small deli/market about a block away, but otherwise it’s a about 0.5-1 mi walk or a short car or bus ride to restaurants. (I walked across the Fremont bridge where there are tons of options). Management is very responsive to……

“This was a nice location and convenient to visit family nearby. The apartment was cozy with updated appliances. A bit chilly but fickle spring weather. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.”

“This is a fantastic place with all new amenities, great ambiance and a welcoming area. Queen Anne area is a nice quiet spot away from downtown hustle and bustle, having guaranteed parking is fantastic! Easy commute anywhere around the area. Nice welcome board, comfortable beds with everything you need. We particularly enjoyed the deck for evening cocktails/wine and enjoying Seattle summertime. Will definitely stay here again when we return! A great value!”

“We couldn’t have chosen bettter for our first ever Seattle trip. This place is walkable to everything, and even the further stuff was easy because the uber never took more than a minute to show up. The condo is impeccably clean and stocked with all the things we needed to cook, clean, do laundry, etc. I was also amazed at how comfortable the beds were, which is rare in rentals like this. John was so friendly and quick to respond! Would absolutely stay again! ”
