“Payton was a perfect host - communicative and attentive. The basement flat is just as advertised. The bed is comfy and the Nespresso is a treat! The neighborhood is quaint and walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, the arboretum and The Canal. If your visit includes a Sunday, the Ballard Market is a must! Because it is a basement flat, there is some overhead noise and parking is first come, but we didn’t have any problems.”

“This is a great spot for a weekend getaway. Feels safe and clean, and the pool was a great extra amenity. Only dock in “star review” for cleanliness was there were 5 or 6 stink bugs and a spider around the condo in various places. Could just be seasonal! Otherwise great place to stay. ”

“I loved the property. It is the perfect size for one to 5 people. The kitchen had everything I needed. Living areas were comfortable. Everything was clean and taken care of. The area is safe and easily accessible to restaurants and markets in Queen Anne. It is also very close to the tourist areas and public transportation. It was easy to get in touch with the host. They responded quickly even late in the evening. They were also very friendly. I would definitely recommend this property.……

“Modern and well appointed small condo with bright natural light. Spotlessly clean. Corner unit on upper floor provided treetop views, privacy and quiet. We had difficulty at first with the entry code instructions and Martin responded immediately. Highly recommend the Grand Central Bakery and Cafe nearby for their terrific pastries, coffee or a quick breakfast or lunch. We really enjoyed the variety of bars and restaurants this neighborhood had to offer.”

“Such a nice place to come back to after my long days. I was in town for a training in Fremont. The loft was perfect. Tons of places to get dinner nearby and the grocery was also very close. The bed was super comfy, and there wasn’t too much noise! ”

“My friend and I recently stayed at this condo for a few nights. It was central to basically everything you’d want to do in Seattle. We walked to all the tourist spots, to all our meals, and even to a concert. The check in process was easy and Toni was very friendly and patient with answering all our questions and explaining the unit to us. The unit was clean, had plenty of extra towels and sheets, air conditioning, and even a free spot to park our rental car. We truly enjoyed our stay and……

“This was our second time staying at this property. We last stayed here 4.5 years ago. The unit is still well maintained and works perfectly for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids (ages 8 and 5). The neighborhood and building are both quiet. We appreciate the dedicated parking spot.Small things are thought of, from bagels, a bottle of wine, and a charcuterie board to laundry detergent. Clear instructions were left as well. The beds and bedding are hotel quality.We would stay here again as it’s……

“The house is very nice. The decor is nice, cabinets are labeled, view is nice, kitchen is stocked well. If you have a car, the turn into the driveway is a little tight if cars are parked on the street in front of the house. I had a mid size SUV, which was tight, but fine. The only thing missing would be some family games. I did not see any. Host replied quickly to messages. Thank you again! Also, I love the fact that the rental is run by a group of mothers and not some corporation.”

“We stayed in suite 8. It was great. But would like to bring to your attention the electrical outlet under the window. We plugged our phone charger in and the cord was so hot it could hardly be touched. Tryed another outlet to see if it was the charger or the outlet. The charger was fine in the other outlet. The evening brought strange snaps or some sound from that outlet. Thought you should know, so you can get it checked for safety. It made me feel uneasy. Thank you. ”
