“Excellent restaurant and breakfast”

“We were staying for the weekend for our anniversary and got a free upgrade mentioned upon checking in which was a great surprise considering when booking the girl said she would write on the mirror and get some balloons etc to mark the occasion! The room was huge and presented nicely with the little touches added by the staff. We only found the time to enjoy the spa facilities on the first day but enjoyed the pool and the hot tub and the steam room! The last day of our stay, we booked room……

“Our room was clean and comfortable. It was a good size and set up for a family as we needed. We were disappointed that the spa was closed, an odd decision to close the spa at the weekend when travellers are most likely to want to use it. Breakfast was a little underwhelming but plenty to choose from. The cereal packets were quite a long way out of date. The traffic was quite loud from our room at the front of the hotel. A room at the back would be much better to be able to sleep through. Just……

“Nice rooms, free parking and friendly staff on arrival, I didn't eat due to other plans but I would use the place again. ”

“The staff were friendly and we found the history of the building including connections to trade unions fascinating ”

“It was the last room available, it was small and the shower was hard to get un and out of that was the only bad point ,the hotel and staff were great,and the food was excellent. ”

“The hotel actually has two sections on two sides of the bridge. We were expecting to be on the water side but was disappointed. The room only has a small window facing the back of the hotel. Nothing impressive at all. The staffs were not helpful on anything. We were asked by the front desk to go across the bridge to make booking at the hotel restaurant. ”

“Loved Staying here before the theme park Season really kicked off. My only issues are that checking out its best to do after 7.00. due to needing to phone to unlock the main doors if you require to leave before 7.00 Checking Inn at a late time can be problematic due to the main Gate connects to someones Mobile and Signal in the area is extremely poor”
