“Lovely hotel in the beautiful village of Alderley Edge. Easy to find, plently of parking and the staff were all very friendly and genuine. The room itself was well presented, very clean and comfortable. Useful amenities with plenty of tea bags, coffee milk etc with lovely biscuits. The restaurant was fantastic, good lighting comfy seats great atmosphere eith attentive and friendly staff. The food was very good, and the fish was the size of a shark! “We stayed in a room that is more spacious than average ones. Clean and tidy. Staff are very polite and hospitable. Buffet style English breakfast is served, and quite tasty. The kitchen even takes simple orders to suit your needs. Guests can also use the pool and gym for free, which is rare for many hotels. Lots of parking spaces. The only concern is that the room has no air conditioning. During a summer day it could be rather hot and stuffy.”

“I arrived quite early on the day. The reception lady stored my bags and allowed me to early check-in. Although i'm in no need rush. I want to visit the city first. Warm welcome. It can become quite busy late in the afternoon. The restaurants reservations is full until 2030 ( i approach them at 1830) Close to train station. Good breakfast but not costly ”

“Good airport hotel which provides easy access to the terminal. Other than that, nothing particular. The executive lounge service was average at best.”
