“We came down for my daughter’s comp and wanted a place close to will Roger’s auditorium. This was the perfect fit for our family. The backyard is maintained and secure with the gate . We checked in later and had a mishap about the Murphy bed not being made , they immediately made sure this was fixed in less than an hour despite the late hour. It is welcoming clean and close to so many restaurants ”

“This was our second time staying at the cozy carriage and we came back for a reason! Andy is so communicative and even came up to give us an iron when we needed one (even though we just needed to look in the closet haha). It’s the perfect distance to downtown Waco and definitely a cozy vibe for sure. We will be back again!”
