“Infelizmente, minha experiência no Hotel Bom Sucesso Resort foi extremamente decepcionante. Desde o início, tive problemas. Aqui estão os principais pontos que me levaram a essa insatisfação: - Check-in atrasado: a unidade não estava pronta. Mesmo chegando no horário, só consegui entrar no quarto às 17:30. - Os aparelhos de ar-condicionado não funcionavam. Só consegui ser transferido para outro apartamento após inúmeras ligações, e isso só aconteceu às 19 horas. - Limpeza inadequada:A cozinha……

“Everything perfect except the arrogant lady by reception does not know what is priority to take care. We were not be able to get our key and she kept my family wait outside of villa for 30 mins. after checking time. She claim that they cannot give us key since the room is still not be check up even it is ready. ”

“It was very relaxing experience. House is really spacious. It's actually better than we could expect. Contact with local host Dora was easy and fast. We had small technical issue but it was fixed directly.Info-book makes everything easy. Great villa.”
