“We loved the Hotel Tresanton. It was expensive but well worth it. We had room 26 which is very high so you should check the room number if you have any mobility issues. I would highly recommend this hotel. It was the highlight of our 24 day stay. Our server, Izzy in the bar was amazing. ”

“The Lerryn is a family-run hotel with all that entails, both positive and negative. And there is a lot to like. The hotel is clean, fresh and modern (a substantial revamp in 2014, I believe) with few rough edges. The room had a homely quality that you won't find in a corporate behemoth, and any minor signs of wear were perfectly acceptable. The bed was comfy, the furniture perfectly functional, and the cleaning was excellent. Downstairs, the honesty-based bar was refreshing, and the dining room……

“This was our first experience staying in a self catering accommodation and it won’t be the last. We had everything needed to live comfortably. The view was amazing too. Jan came in to welcome us so gracefully on our first night and made us feel really welcome. The house was beautifully decorated and cozy, made us feel like we were home. “We had a wonderful few nights in a yurt at the end of July. As a family of 2 adults and 3 children we found the space to be more than comfortable and spacious. The yurt itself was wonderfully furnished and the kitchen outside well equipped for all cooking needs. Hosts Kate and Terry were always friendly, approachable and on hand to help.
