“The room was quite satisfactory. The front desk staff very helpful. Overall cleanliness was good. The breakfast was OK. Glad to have the coffee. The only thing amiss was the exterior of the building was rotting, literally. The wood trim was rotting.The fascia was rotting. It is clear that the material used is not appropriate for the climate and if they dont do maintenance soon water will infiltrate into the rooms. ”
