“Clean, comfortable, newer & quality construction. (Not well-worn or showing wear & tear, like so many Vrbo rentals.) Many nice touches, large and small, like high quality and very comfortable dining stools. Located in large, clean complex. Felt very safe, in and near the condos. A huge variety of dining and shopping nearby, much of it a short walk away. When they heard our exact location, our local friends told us what a desirable area that is. The host was amazingly quick to reply, and very……

“I registered late for a business conference at the nearby Westin, and rooms were booked by time I booked. I am glad they were! Instead, I found this great location just a few minute walk from the hotel. And the cost was significantly less. Plus, I ended up having two dinners/drinks at the restaurants closer to my place.The one bedroom apartment worked great for me. It was clean, fast internet, and check-in was simple as long as you follow the accurate directions. There’s one part of the carpet……

“We booked our stay months ago for my 20th high school reunion, we knew it would be a busy weekend because of the Texas OU game. We think the host Realized they could have charged a lot More for that weekend and must have booked somebody for more and decided. Instead of letting us know to ghost us completely. Neither VRBO or us could get a hold of them.”

“The communication from the beginning was terrible. Upon arrival the apartment had not been clean. The host has zero communication, the English language is terrible. They said they would clean it. Upon returning, they had Not Washed the sheets?! They made the beds. There was a dry dirty wash cloth still in the shower. VRBO. Was terrible said this was a minor issue. ”
