“The property was clean and as advertized except that the pool was not available. This was apparently the fault of the HOA and not the hosts. The host was very available and quick to respond.I would probably not stay there again as it is 2 stories, and the stairs were a little difficult for me.”

Everything was perfect and we will certainly want to stay at her property again on our next trip to Dallas.The apartment is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. We spent 12 days in this cozy apartment while visiting family. Our favorite feature was the view over the lake from the dining table and balcony. We were able to observe pelicans and seagulls and watch the sky change at sunrise and sunset.It is extremely easy to get on the highway to reach any……

“Filed claim w/VRBO Pictures & write up are misleading. ~The best is the last item~ - Advertise with pictures showing the next door apt is a 2 story with their 2nd floor balcony apt is and directly above of rental. Loud. - Replace small (child size) table in dinning area - A smattering of silverware, 2, plates, cups, no ice trays, -Replace velvet sofa with no velvet. Looked dirty. 1 cushion had no fabric, placed sheets down to have a place to sit. Couch is too big for small area so right up……

“The kitchen cooking supplies were poorly cleaned and the lack of overall hospitality was disappointing. There were four towels even though we had booked for 5. There were no kitchen towels. The coffee machine hadn’t been cleaned and it had mold in it. We checked out immediately. If we had seen it in person first we would not have booked it. ”
