“This is under new ownership/management. They are working hard to upgrade. I stayed 2 nights. There are a few people who are temporarily staying long term, but it’s quiet and friendly. Overall, the room was nice, with TV, refrigerator, no freezer, microwave, coffee pot, hairdryer, and safe. The space where the toilet sits is a little tight. (Probably built in the 50’s, but very clean and well kept.) ”

“The house was immaculate, lots of little helpful details as well, from a binder of information to items like toothpaste if you forgot your own, and snacks (which made my college student immensely happy). If anything was amiss, the property owner responded immediately. You can see Smith Hall from the porch so that was a huge plus! I wish check in was a bit earlier than 4 pm. We will definitely be back again. ”

“Plenty of room to all be together. The pool is giant and everything was very clean. Fully stocked kitchen, can’t wait to stay again and cook! ”

“This was a meeting point for our family to meet up and spend a long weekend together. We had a great time and this property had everything we needed. It was especially great for our toddler (17 months) because there wasn't much for him to get into and there was lots of space for him to run around without causing any issues. Fenced in yard for the dog was perfect. ”
