“Absolutely 5-star stay. It looks exactly like the pictures! Beautifully clean, excellent bathroom, and perfect location. There are lots of food and entertainment options within easy walking distance. Please prepare to spend some time finding a place to park—the host does a very thorough job helping guests prepare for this, which we appreciated very much! Out-of-towners may be dismayed to learn how difficult Philadelphia parking can be. This is NOT at all a mark against the host or property, just……

“The place was located down in china town. About a good 15 minute walk, through construction zones to the reading terminal market. This unit was on the first floor (which was not marked). It was nice that there were 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The beds were comfortable but very bouncy. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The biggest issue was the noise every time someone went in and out of the building- the door would slam. This might not be an issue on higher floors. The place is a little……

“Experience was nice. We did see a few ants in the bathroom and a few knats. The back entrance was a little scary. Trying to carry bags up the stairs was hard From a safety standpoint for you guests could be a liability since stairs kind of moved ”

“The condo is exactly as described. The check-in was easy. The videos of the garage and how to enter secured buildings is very helpful. Host is extremely helpful and quick to respond. The building staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent location. Convenient for grocery and wine runs! Even a Target within a block!The unit is low on flatware - not an issue for 2 of us, but would be for 3 or more occupants.”
