“Every thing was fine. The suite was more accommodating than I hoped and comfortable. The hot water took forever to come on and there wasn't enough snack for the number of guests. It was a room paid for 4 people and yet only 2 mugs were provided. Apart from those 2 issues, it was a good stay. The hotel was quiet as well and enough parking space. ”

“Hotel and room clean. Needed to raise issue regarding faulty drain. Went out for the day. On return to hotel, a room move had been organised and included our luggage and belongings moved to new room. Which was unexpected and really appreciated. Staff couldn't not have been more helpful and obliging. Would certainly recommend.”

“Stayed for one night as we had travelled down for the Leeds Marathon. Excellent location for any runners, easy walkng distance to the stadium and the reception team kindly looked after our luggage for us for the day. Would happily stay again.”

“The property was right where we needed it to be in terms of accessibility to the heart of the city and the train station. It looked nicer in the photos than in real life, mostly because they were promoting renovations to the property that were not yet complete. In our rooms, the fixtures were older, but our rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. We would have preferred to know in advance about construction, but the staff were gracious and let us into one of our rooms early, since it was……
