“Very clean, affordable and great location. Andy checked us in and was probably one of the best front desk staf I've ever dealt with. He was kind, courteous, friendly, super helpful, and sooo nice! He made checking in a breeze. He even calked our room a few minutes aftef checking in to make sure everything was okay in our room. He was outstanding in his attentiveness to cusotmers! “We went to Phoenix for a graduation and arrived one hour before check in time, so we figured we would ask to see if a room would be available. It was, but they would only allow it if we paid an early $25 check in fee. Ridiculous. So instead we checked in at 9 pm. Otherwise everything else was ok. ”

“Angel from the FD staff is one of the commendable employees. Her assistance made the check-in process quick and efficient. The housekeeping and breakfast staff were all friendly and professional. The room was clean. The hotel is in a great location, and the building is newer. Overall, it was a wonderful experience as a first-time guest at the hotel!”

“Staff was very friendly. Room appeared clean, and house keeping did great when they came around. Main issue with the hotel was the smell in the room we stayed in - it had a wet dirty towel smell that never went away. Also, noticed that the ice from the ice machine had brown flecks in it so I was hesitant to use it for anything other than putting in my cooler, and the housekeeping came at very irregular times (they were great when they came by).
