“We arrived at the Marqueen hotel after the airport lost our luggage and we had nothing with us. Kelly was the most kindest and sweetest person and was very welcoming. She is the kind of person that every hotel needs as a front desk person! The bed was honestly one of the most comfortable beds that we have slept in at a hotel.
