“服務一流、職員有禮，但房間比預期有巨大落差（訂房時看圖片以為每間客房帶小小的私人泳池，但其實只有一個很小的公共泳池，小得根本不好意思在那裡泡著），房間的陽台也小得根本不能坐。安排的房間在底層且近大堂入口，看不到什麼景色之餘，很容易被走廊的聲音吵醒）。早餐非常好吃，只是份量比較少，製作時間也比較久。也沒有提前告知有贈送免費下午茶，所以時間安排上錯過了。房間內沒有茶包也沒有熱水器。住頂層房間應該不錯，底層就算了。”

“well, extremely convenience to Ubud city center...... the hotel provides free shuttle service between hotel and Ubud city center til 10pm....... just simply give them a call n tell them where you are, the hotel shuttle bus goes to the location to pick you up....... btw, we enjoy the outdoor showers in room 202, and 203. they.......the access between two rooms is also great........ if you travel with kids, the sofa hotel provides in the room solving the problem of extra beds for……

“Koselig lite hotell. Prisvinnende spa. Prøv badekar med blomster, og massasje. Ligger super sentralt, samtidig som det ligger 3 minutter å gå fra hovedveien, så du slipper maset fra hovedveien. Massasje er mye billigere langs hovedgaten, og akkurat like bra. Manikyr og pedikyr på en av de lokale salongene er supert! De ansatte på hotellet var ikke så gode i engelsk, men det var ikke noe problem. Kjempe fine og store rom. Bra rengjøring. Frokosten var så som så, men heller ikke dette var noe……

“Bisma Eight was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It’s not the “fanciest” hotel out there but not only does it meet every need that one can possibly think of (eg hot tub for unwinding after a long day, delicious homemade welcome drinks, early check in), but the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable (every one of them knows your name by heart). Nothing was ever too much for them.

“Ich hatte ein tollen Unterkunft in der Villa. Eine schöne Location in der man auch Ruhe findet. In der Villa ist alles was man braucht. Mir hat auch sehr das Freiluft Badezimmer gefallen. Alle waren sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Frühstück ist auch sehr zu empfehlen. In Ubud gibt es viel zu entdecken und auch ein Supermarkt ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Kann diese Unterkunft jedem ans Herz legen der ein Trip nach Bali machen möchte.”

“當初看到這家B&B的網頁說步行到皇宮只要10分鐘, 但實際上應該需要至少20分鐘如果走的快的話, 走得慢就需要半小時。
環境很清幽在稻田中, 很多昆蟲與青蛙, 泳池非常乾淨也夠大, 視野極佳氣氛也很好, 服務人員很客氣, 房間不大, 浴室是半露天的沒有浴缸, 這家適合喜歡自然環境與遠離塵囂的人來度假享受, 房間很少只有6間, 目前有2間還在裝潢, 工作人員比客人還多, 所以完全沒有擁擠的感覺。 事實上一邊游泳一邊看工作人員忙進忙出, 也一邊看到旁邊的農夫在種田, 會有一種奇妙的階級感與獨享感。
早餐不算豐盛但還吃的飽, 以B&B來說早餐應該是重頭戲但這家早餐頗令人吃望, 不過餐廳視野很好, 還可以看到阿貢火山如果是晴天的話, 晚餐價格不貴但份量少, 口味也普通而已。
一般車子無法開進來, 需要由他們工作人員用機車幫你載行李與載人上來, 記得要給小費, 要出去的話他們的工作人員也樂意載你到皇宮, 但當然小費也別忘了給。”

There’s wifi, proper air conditioning, working kitchen, and I do wake up with that beautiful sceneries.

“一整棟的VILLA還有自己的泳池，真的是蠻不錯！只是設施都不算太好，百葉窗有點不靈光，有一間浴室的水流很慢都會有點淹水，還有一度跳電，但是值得稱讚的是，飯店服務人員對於我們的問題都有盡力並迅速幫我們解決，有一個檯燈一打開就爆了，電線還斷掉，有點嚇人，但是隔天就迅速換新，相當有誠意！另外入住還有迎賓飲料，早餐就是Villa外的咖啡廳，但是早餐沒有很早開始，所以如果有行程很早要出門的就可能吃不到了，早餐還算普通，記得點咖啡可以喝到正宗峇里島咖啡，大概有1/3杯都是咖啡粉很特別～”

“房間水杯一隻都沒有，洗手盆位置很不清潔，床鋪成托力消失令人腰酸背痛。那「泳池」只是足以孩童嬉水吧了！最奇妙的是第二天的早餐那toast竟然是辣的，真是要命！第三天早餐時那「木口木面」的男員工竟然給我一杯有練奶及一杯沒有練奶的㗎啡給我還辯駁那原是我的order,態度真是惡劣！最可笑的是那年長看來是老闆的長者竟然在昨天我check out時問我付了房間費用未？！真是真是「烏龍」百出。”

One of the best luxury experiences ever
"Bisma Eight was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It’s not the “fanciest” hotel out there but not only does it meet every need that one can possibly think of (eg hot tub for unwinding after a long day, delicious homemade welcome drinks, early check in), but the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable (every one of them knows your name by heart). Nothing was ever too much for them.
Breakfast was amazing, appreciated that it was a la carte instead of buffet style. The green juices, eggs Benedict and fried bananas were otherworldly. Coffee was great. The complimentary yoga class was just the right mix of relaxation and difficulty. I just wish I spent more time to take more of their complimentary classes which include mocktail making and cooking classes. Did I mention the complimentary photo taking session as well?? And the free massage at the villa spa?
The infinity pool, while small, was well kept and spotless, the temperature was just right and there was no smell of chlorine. The view of the tropical Forrest was unbeatable. The room was modern and Balinese at the same time, and the turn down service was extremely personal. The balcony offered an amazing view of the Forrest. I’ve stayed at other five star hotels in Bali and around the world but trust me this is one of the best! Would definitely come back for a return visit."
