“Koselig lite hotell. Prisvinnende spa. Prøv badekar med blomster, og massasje. Ligger super sentralt, samtidig som det ligger 3 minutter å gå fra hovedveien, så du slipper maset fra hovedveien. “服務一流、職員有禮，但房間比預期有巨大落差（訂房時看圖片以為每間客房帶小小的私人泳池，但其實只有一個很小的公共泳池，小得根本不好意思在那裡泡著），房間的陽台也小得根本不能坐。安排的房間在底層且近大堂入口，看不到什麼景色之餘，很容易被走廊的聲音吵醒）。早餐非常好吃，只是份量比較少，製作時間也比較久。也沒有提前告知有贈送免費下午茶，所以時間安排上錯過了。房間內沒有茶包也沒有熱水器。住頂層房間應該不錯，底層就算了。”

“It was a pleasure staying at Adiwana Bisma. The hotel is well located and close to restaurants and other attractions like Ubud Palace and the Ridge walk. The room is spacious and clean. However, one of the rooms was damp. Staff was very kind and helped us move to a different room. Staff are very helpful and friendly, especially Yudi who made our trips enjoyable, he is very knowledgeable and kind. The restaurant serves excellent food and the spa is amazing.”

“It’s off the beaten track but the hotel’s views to the forest is stunning. I have stayed in a lot of 5 stars hotels in my life but the service here is one of the best i have had. “I would book this again. The location is great. We went with an other couple and shared the pool. Not to sure if we were alone I would want to share a pool. Food was great staff friendly. Unfortunately they tried ti charge me when we left for drinks in the mini fridge. We had taken them out. We only consumed drinks we bought which all in glass bottles. They said it was a miss understanding. No charges. Room could use a dresser and a bit brighter lighting. All in all we had an amazing time……
