“Even before our arrival, the communication and assistance from Skaline were excellent. The team helped facilitate the needs of our group without hesitation. Due to a delayed flight, we arrived later than expected, but clear instructions were provided, allowing us to access the building with ease. The room is in the center of the old town and is very convenient to everything. If you have the windows open, you'll hear the noise from the outside. “We were so well taken care of during the 4 night stay. They proactively gave us travel advice to reach Split, and to ensure we could find the hotel in the Old City area, a porter with a golf cart was sent to the ferry pier to meet us . When we left, a porter led to the Uber spot. Everything seamless. The hotel itself is pretty, clean, safe and convenient.”

“The room was nicely decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed the terrace and the privacy. The location was near all points of interests, the sea, restaurants and transportation.We felt safe at all hours. The concierge was available via Whatsapp very promptly and kindly helped us at odd hours when we lost our room card. The rooms are in an old building with stairs. If you have mobility issues or prefer a hotel per se, you might want to take this into consideration. We enjoyed our stay.”

“The location is very close to Riva Waterfront. I loved this hotel, although I came here in winter time, the hotel still offered me the five-star accommodation and service to me. I especially loved the free breakfast which I could choose from their list apart from the buffet options. Also, waitress - Adrijana was amiable and professional. I was there for breakfast for three days and I could feel her passion for providing the best service to the guests. Moreover, I would like to thanks front desk……
