“the room was clean, staff were super helpful, it’s not in historical center Plaza de Armas but it’s just 7 mins walk on rather steel street. But the staff is super excellence, they made sure you got help when needed. i wish there were more amenities in the room, such glass, boiler to make tea, soap in dispenser etc, although provide it for free at the lobby”
