“Owner was responsive to communication through the site. Rental had gorgeous view of lush mountains while situated next to the river. Our stay (3 friends) was comfortable in the apartment - whole place was clean; beds were comfortable; water pressure in the shower was good. It was a straightforward 5-minute drive to WCU.”

“We enjoyed our 4 night stay in this very spacious and comfortable condo with a gorgeous view. The pictures are very accurate although it’s larger than we expected and the full deck that runs the whole length of the house is really nice. A couple of things to be aware of. The condo is on the side of a mountain so the road to it is winding and steep with multiple roads cutting off at different places. We tried to arrive before dark but didn’t quite make it and it was really challenging to read the……

This is a new unit to the rental pool and needed additional items which we brought to the attention of the management company and were told they would forward our suggestions to the owner. Those things along with the owner’s quick and easy communication made it feel as if we were their houseguests and not renters. It’s a serene setting with a beautiful view. “All in all it was a great property just needs a bit of fine tuning. It needs a few more amenities. For example: A few more bath towels.If cook in, large salad bowl, serving pieces, large pots and pans, wine glasses with stems, candles in case power goes out (of which it did).There are some maintenance issues that have been reported. Additional items in maintenance are the sockets in bathrooms need alignment as the plate and socket are flush therefore hairdryer plugs don’t stay in.On these……
