“It's a nice place for the price, the only down side for me was just the location is a little noisy/ the walls aren't insulated well. But the staff were super helpful and friendly! Definitely a nice place to stay if you're on a budget. ”
“The owners/staff show impeccable attention to detail in regards to customer service. The hotel itself is beautiful, the few blocks surrounding it are rundown and noisy but I can't fault them for that. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. I was treated very well.
If you need/want to stay near the Centro Historico I'd stay here in a heartbeat. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
“Excellent hotel. Staff is tremendously helpful - helped counsel us on things to do and transportation and were actively looking out for us. The rooms were wonderful for our family. The interior courtyard was inviting and the rooftop restaurant was delicious. All staff were so warm and welcoming and Dennis in particular was wonderful when we ate at the restaurant. Lunch was delicious - breakfast is fine but not as differentiating as the rest of the experience. We could hear a woman’s choir……
“A nice boutique hotel with great staffs. Location close to old town. Bed is comfortable and breakfast tasty. Two minor issues with my single room. First being no wardrobe. Second the bathing area is too open and water do spill out and wet the floor a bit.”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was excellent. A small fridge was provided me upon request. Filtered water was readily available for the guests to keep in their rooms. The facility was beautifully and meaningfully decorated reflecting Ecuadorian culture.
I don't think Expedia should advertise them as having a restaurant. It's misleading,especially if the person who books really wants to have access to a restaurant in their hotel.

“The location is good and near to the attraction points. The front desk people is nice and very helpful. When we left in early morning to the airport (around 6:00am), they prepared take away breakfast for us even it's just simple fruit, biscuit and drink. We felt very warm and the service is over 5 stars hotel. We recommend to all if you're going to Quito.”

“Casa San Marcos hotel was amazing! Such beatiful building ( was build in 1702) with all its antiques, arts all over and modern amenities for very special and unique stay.
We felt we were staying in a castle two centuries ago though with all the modern day comfort and luxury.”
