“What a great house! The house is a block of downtown - close to everything. Parking is right out front and couldn't be easier. The house itself is clean and well organized with everything you could need - beach chairs out in the shed, games and cards, and cute dishes and glassware. Great linens on the beds and the blackout curtains are perfect for keeping out the heat. All the instructions are super clear and easy. “We really enjoyed staying here for a week in Cape Charles. The house is just as pictured, lovely and perfect size for our family of 4. We enjoyed the private back yard and the fun selection of games for the kids. We forgot our beach umbrella so we are grateful Courtney and Chip have stocked the shed with beach equipment! They are thoughtful hosts and all the small touches they have thought of made all the difference in our stay. Highly recommend this house and Chip & Courtney as hosts.”
