Our room had a lovely big comfortable bed with great facilities.

“Clean, tidy and easy to get to things in Harrogate. Looking tired and in need of a room update though. Had a suite, so large bedroom, large sitting room and a very large bathroom. Though a bath and walk in shower would of been better than just a shower over the bath.
Old building, which creaks, one ones fault other than buildings age, great location.”
“Gave 4 stars to1st question for the following reason - Don’t think Hotel should be exclusively “card only” (in the Hotel). It may be easier for them but technology can be unreliable sometimes and not everyone wishes to just use their card - may not even have one. Otherwise all was well. Enjoyed the fact that the chef was “adventurous” and soup or gnocchi were not just the usual flavours. Delicious. ”
“This is a lovely, clean hotel based very close to Harrogate town centre. I always use this hotel when attending an annual conference at the Convention Centre. It is very convenient, only being a few minutes walk away. The hotel itself is quiet, and clean and the staff are always lovely. I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Harrogate town centre and I will be returning again next year. ”
“We had a very nice 4 day stay to attend a trade show. It couldn’t have been much closer which was great, and close to all the nice restaurants. There’s 1 parking space available which is ideal as parking in the town centre can be difficult.
I’d def stay again.”
