“The hotel was beautiful and in a wonderful walkable area. Our room was comfortable and clean. The problems came with the Do Not Disturb sign and breakfast. Housekeeping walked into our room while I was walking naked to the shower, while the sign was on the door. They sent an apology truffle assortment and a handwritten note to apologize while I was out of the room with the sign still on the door! Twice they entered my room. When it came to breakfast, in a nutshell, it was almost a half hour late……

“Great location and comfortable stay. Iron was grungy and ironing board falling apart. Door on wardrobe and safety lock on room door were both falling off. Minor issues, would stay again. Loved the online check-in process so it was ready to just grab the key upon arrival.”
