“Warren is an excellent host. The property is as described, and the location is very walkable to the ocean and several restaurants. We especially liked Best Pizza and Anita’s Mexican. First time spending any time in Oceanside. Perfect weather.”

“Chris is a kind generous host, there when you need him yet fully respects your privacy. When I mentioned that it would be nice to have a little hot plate so we could have eggs for breakfast, he said he doesn’t encourage cooking in the room but he’d bring me the bbq. Next thing I know there’s the bbq and a banquet table with a nice table cloth with bbq utensils, cookware, plates and silverware in the Japanese inspired courtyard!The rooms have comfy cozy beds with soft sheets and off the……

“This villa was very clean, well equipped, and cozy. Very quiet too…never saw a soul the whole time we were there. Look forward to a future visit sometime!”

“Place was clean well stocked with whatever you would need to go to beach, stay in and cook. they only draw back was the TV would not load any channels! Had my son who is very savvy at thus and he could not figure it out! Over all it was a great place would definitely stay again! ”
