We arrived in Haifa and day after was Yom Kippur, Mr Yaniv working at the hotel helped us to get a taxi take us from Haifa to Jerusalem. “Our stay was very disappointing there was no Likeness between the pictures on the site and and the actual room which was Terrible!!!! The pictures are misleading. The owner and the guy who checked us in were very nice and tried to help but the basic facilities were horrible”
