“The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave suggestions of places to see and go eat. The hotel is historic, so it’s old, but for its age, it’s in good condition and clean, but there’s an odd smell. If you are sensitive to smells, I am, it may give you a headache. “Two telephones in the room are both out of use. We lost the connection with the front desk. Self parking is almost impossible. Valet parking is too expensive $60 per day. The answers of same question from two stuff are deferent. I do not know how to do. 😓”

“A big convention hotel with a pool and a gym. Housekeeping did not make up my room when i went out from 8 to 2:30p. Had to call Housekeeping. Even then, they missed replenishing a face towel. There is no bathrobe in the room. Front desk staffs were exceptionally friendly and efficient. I was given coupons to Starbucks snd M.J.O'CONNORS, which i used and were very nice. Not a bad hotel to stay.”
