“I received a welcome email that told me check in was available after 2:00pm. I received another email with the access code stating that check in wasn't until 5:00Pm. Luckily, I didn't get to the property until right at 5:00pm. The code sent via email to enter the building didn't work. I called the help number and discovered the owner had outsourced the management to either Pakistan or India. I could barely understand the guy on the phone, and he was unable to help me. He couldn't find the local……

“Our stay was good. Hotel is very nice. Only problem was the had a power outage and the elevators were out when we went to breakfast so we had to climb down 8 floors of stairs. Good thing our baseball game was at 4 that afternoon instead of early in the morning. Finally came back up around 20 to 12. Know it wasn’t the hotel’s fault.”

“The bed seemed a little on the firm side, but the accommodations were clean good. TV could be a little bigger. ”

“The location was perfect. Close to shopping and plenty of restaurants. The room was clean. The breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly. ”

“Clean room. Although, the first double queen room was better. We had to get the handicap accessible double queen, the only one available of this type this time. Cracked slightly wall on bathtub area. ”

“Very comfortable bed, great breakfast choices, the pool was not clean, cloudy and lots of sand in the bottom. We would stay again. Staff very friendly”

“This was my first time coming to the resort but everyone was helpful. The facility is kept really clean and the rooms are nice. There was a family next to us that was extremely loud and the walls are really thin. But we would definitely come back. ”
