The staff couldn’t do enough, they were very friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Places to visit, walks etc. The food was amazing, portions were big and the service was excellent. ”

“We arrived a little late but had already been contacted as to whether we needed an evening meal and were given a time. Meal was ok. After the meal there was a power cut in the village. The Pub quickly found the cause of the power cut, how long it would last etc and provided us with a strong torch. We had to leave before breakfast the next day but were offered and given a packed lunch in lieu of breakfast which was great.”
