“Everything about the Swanendele Inn was exceptional: the location, the accommodations, the facilities, the decor, the hosts, and, not least, the breakfast. In fact, you could spend several days just exploring the remarkable antiques and artifacts around the place. However, what made the strongest impression was the fiery glow of dawn though the pine trees outside our balcony every morning in the Margeret Brent suite. Rhododaktylos, "The rosy-fingered dawn": I never understood the true meaning……

“We enjoyed our stay so close to the Tides Inn for the Taste of the Bay. Irvington is a quaint walkable town, perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of fast paced locations.”

“We absolutely loved this river cottage!! It had the perfect amount of space and everything we needed for a weekend away. We loved the proximity to Kilmarnock and Topping. The cottage itself had the most beautiful views. We enjoyed the charm of the home, featuring accents from the original cottage. Super cute! We would definitely stay again!”

“Everything was very nice. The kitchen is located on the second floor and has everything one could need. There is plenty of room for having a big family dinner. The yard is quite large which our dogs appreciated. There is no fence around the yard but it wasn’t an issue for us. We would happily stay here again. ”

“We took my parents (86 and 88) for a three night stay and loved it. The house is clean, the owners provide lots of information, and access to the dock is easy (important for my dad who loves to fish but has mobility issues). But the pool was the most amazing part. During afternoons that were far too hot for us to spend time on the dock, we could lounge in the pool while enjoying wonderful views. And it felt secluded and quiet!
