“The lady at the desk in the morning was really helpful. I had a fall and she had to help me get up. She didn’t have to do that.”

“Even though they were renovating the hotel was super clean, smelled wonderful and still provided all of their amenities. The staff was very friendly and they took safety very seriously. Upon checking in the desk clerk didn’t announce my room number aloud: and they had a sign that all deliveries are to be left at the front with prevents strangers from having direct access to your room. Also when he handed my id and card back my address was on the bottom so as not to be seen. I don’t know if that……
