“I was bitten by bed bugs and had more than a dozen wounds. I have photos and videos. No apology at all. Their manager is really terrible. This is the first time I have encountered such a dirty hotel. On the third day, I found 8 bed bugs. I don't want to be bitten anymore. I will change to another hotel immediately.”

“Excellent location less than a block from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Beds were on the soft side/pillows much too substantial for my liking….but everyone has different tastes so it’s up to the reader whether that suits their needs. Very clean/safe/combo locks so you don’t need to have the hassle of a key. All in all a great place that I would come back to. Quiet.”

The objects and works of art in the hotel give guests the feeling of being in a museum. The service is great and "invisible", which we really liked.
