“When we check in, the desk clerk keeps talking on phone and didn’t give us any information like WiFi password. The room is noisy when other room is using bathroom and floor is shaking when other room is walking. I’d rather choose motel 6 or anything else than this hotel!”

“I’m a single female elder traveling alone and my main concern was safety. From the outside and even into the lobby it looks a little sketchy but the front desk person was very nice. Leaving my car with a whole bunch of my things (I was moving from Texas to Nevada) I felt pretty anxious, there are warnings posted that they will not be responsible for any theft, so I knew it was at my own risk.
