“Low water pressure in our room”

“Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean. ”

“Quick, friendly check in. Property is very clean. The only downside to this stay was that we were positioned on the top floor, room at the end of the hall, the shower was great but the water pressure in the sink was a dribble. And, for the first time ever the mattress seemed to be a little saggy. We also noticed that the rug had been swept but was needing some deep cleaning. There were some areas that looked like somebody had walked some sticky candy into the rug. However, we realize that not……

“Only complaint is not enough baggage carts, when we needed one could not find it as there were only 3 and people keep them in their rooms according to the desk clerk.”

“I had an awesome stay at this Particular Hotel Although it was undergoing a renovation which was in progress the staff were very accommodating and the hotel was still noticeably clean while renovations were ongoing.”

“Staff was nice. Clean rooms. Good price. But pool ceiling needs repair and pool was too cold. ”

“Check-in was fine. Used restroom in front lobby & no toilet tissue on either roll. When we asked the front desk person about a nearby restaurant, she told us to check the directory copies on table by front door. Not sure she understood ….. ”
