“This unique spot is lovely. It was just perfect for our little family. We came to visit several schools with our daughter and check out the area. This precious house is just a few short blocks from downtown--so we could walk and explore. Then next day we ventured to the beach--it was just a short 15 minute drive. UNC Wilmington is also only 10 minutes away. We loved visiting, and this was the perfect house to stay in for us! ”

“The condo had much more provided than other similar properties we’ve rented in the past, very well appointed. Within walking distance to some of our favorite restaurants, bars, and the waterfront. You just have to accept that the area is going to be a little noisier later because of the night life.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Proximity to the riverwalk as well as the beach were great. Comfy place with nice amenities. Loved having a kitchen for that fabulous price. Property manager was very responsive. We were a little taken aback by the construction going on right outside the house but that was basically out of their control. Just surprised by it and bummed about how early it started - 7am!!Overall, highly recommend!”

“Overall great location! Easy to walk to Historic Wilmington’s close to many great restaurants and shopping. Parking garage pass is a great amenity for this rental. Very clean and will definitely consider another stay. ”

“Everything was great. Only draw back is no onsite parking. We had to park two blocks away in a parking garage. Stop pick up pass then park car. Then go get car and come back to leave the pass. Not convenient. . . ”

“When I was searching for a location to stay for my daughter's wedding this one was perfectly centered for all her venues in Wilmington the listing was perfect and the amenities were as stated. Clean and very welcoming. As people saw it they said wow this accommodation are bougie! I heard that several times. Definitely a beautiful location and if you want to drink just go downstairs to the bar or if you want coffee or across the street. Definitely will return and we'll use this location again”
