“This place is wonderful. The host is so nice and super quick to respond. The house is clean and comfortable and the lake is so quiet and relaxing. The swing on the dock is a dream. We look forward to this stay every summer.”

“We had a relaxing stay at the home in Wilmington. The neighborhood was quiet overall. The river walk was within a 15 minute walk as described. There is a wonderful neighbor across the street who pointed out a good coffee and wine bar that was within walking distance or a 5 minute car ride. We loved our stay and we are considering going back at some point. ”

“House was super cute, clean and had all the amenities for a great little weekend away with my family..close to fun things to do but not so close that you can’t feel a little secluded. Host was very responsive to any questions! Hope to stay here again ”

“High ceilings, great tv and ac, porches, parking,etc!”

“Photos are very accurate and house is clean. Communication with owner via app was good. Check-in a breeze and check-out, while it had a few requirements, was clearly communicated. House worked well for us (close to downtown and we had a car to get around). Neighborhood is okay - a bit transitional and it is steps from the train which whistled nightly at 10 pm. Be sure to check out Greenfield Park and the South Front area which is just 2 blocks away - several great restaurants and an awesome……

“Since there hasn't been a review for a while, I wanted to provide one for our end of September stay. It is a lovely historical home, with great front and back porches, and is within walking distance to everything downtown Wilmington offers. The house was very clean inside, dogs are allowed, and the host was quick to respond when we had an issue finding the wifi code. Parking is on the street, but we didn't have an issue parking in front of or close to our house. However, the house is in need of……

“Our stay in Wilmington was great. The small cottage was as described and clean upon our arrival. Several restaurants within easy walking distance with downtown Wilmington only a slight further walk. In fact, we didn't drive once at the unit.”

“Very clean and relaxing environment. ”

“Got to property and didn’t even check in, House is in good condition but every house around it is dilapidated. We felt very unsafe and like we were being targeted, I would not stay here and I’m very open and typically not a fearful person. This is not a good area and truly believe we had a chance of being robbed, my son overheard people riding by on their bikes talking about drug transactions. Not as advertise and very disappointing. Owner did not give us even a partial refund so maybe be sure……

“Property was very clean and as presented in the pics. Short drive to the beaches and very close to Riverwalk for restaurants and Wilmington culture. Comfortable house for family gathering and pet friendly option made it just right. Helpful and prompt communication from management was also a major plus.”
